[Flexnet] Quick newbie question

Hi guys,

I'm Francisco LU7DFV from Argentina, licensed ham since Dec 2003. I started on packet radio recently (Really late down here :/ ) and since the Flexnet page is a bit cryptic and there are many different tutorials, new version, old version, etc
I have the following doubt, what's the difference, if any, between the files FlexNet32.zip and flexnet32-ham02.zip besides that one includes TNC32 and the other doesn't ?
