Interesting.

What in particular do you *expect* to be offered to users ?

You are more than welcome to 'telnet winnipeg.ampr.org' which will
connect you to a JNOS 2.0e system located in central Canada. It's up
all the time, one VHF port on 145.01 mhz, and an HF pactor port. I
realize that we are (by distance) far far away, but as a last resort
you are welcome to use my system.

If you want to show FBB style forwarding, JNOS (most NOS) will support
it, and I will gladly setup forwarding on the above system (using AXUDP
or AXIP as an alternative to TELNET) if you are interested. I'm sure you
know that TELNET forwarding is not recommended for BINARY or COMPRESSED
data, since there are control characters in the data that can *mess up*
the TELNET session. Of course forwarding over RF would be the best way
to demo this. I have an RF link to a local F6FBB system as well, run
by Werner (VE4UA, VE4WWS, VE4BBS).

Let me know offlist, and we can arrange something, test in advance, etc.
