[Flexnet] No RS-232

Speed is the only factor. MOST RS232 ports have a maximum of 115K Baud
of data transfer, while USB is rated at 10 MBPS (Mega Baud).
In many cases a RS232 to USB would work. HOWEVER for things like USB
printers, cameras, drives, it would be way to slow.
