[Flexnet] Flex 3.3g < > Flex32 via ethernet...??

Hello guys,
I need to connect Flex 3.3g running on DOS,
with another computer runnig WIN98se + Flex32
via ethernet........ if is possible.........??

How I can config Flex 3.3g under DOS....
I will use a Ne2000 card.

At the moment I use RS232 cable with KISS,
but i need tu use COM port witha TNC, so 
i am looking for other connect solution.
