[FlexNet] flex digi

Hi All ,

I have just set up a second flexdigi  at a remote site

all seamed fine here at home but when put at the remote site when trying 
to connect to it all I get is a busy back from it ..
setup as below
lh flexnet  80
lh flexdigi
6pack 1
lh flex
fset mode 0 1200cm
fset txd 0 45



the radio it a tait  and the tnc is a pacCom tiny-2 with  6pack eprom.

I can see it beacon no problems but when I try to connect to it  all I 
get back is
vk7hdm: Busy fm 0:vk7rit
anybody be able to give me a idea what I have dont wrong .
I have flexnet and digi running at my home qth  under FBB very nicely 
 it never breaks down.
