[FlexNet] Please Help about Soundmodemconfig!

  Hello all!

  I have a problem with install soundmodemconfig.
  When i start a configuration and open a Chanel 0 for modulator and
  demodulator AFSK 1200, and run diagnostics I receive a message
  "Cannot start audio IO".
  I running soundmodemaudioconfig in different computers and receive
  same messages.
  If i start only demodulator all work fine without transmission.

  Computers used: Pentium 166 MMX, Intel 430TX, 64mb RAM, Creative SB16 CT2910
  AMD K6-3-450, VIA MVP3, 128mb RAM, Creative SB16 CT2910
  Pentium 133, Intel 430VX, 48mb RAM, Vibra16
  Windows 98 SE in all of computers

  We need it to made a Packet cluster in Odessa region.
