[FlexNet] Flexnet32 and Windows NT

In our local packet network we have a TCP/IP server running under W98 + 
Flexnet32 + Sambar. This box runs well as SMTP, POP3, HTTP and FTP server for 
our local group : 10 stations interconnected by 9k6 and 19k2 links. But 
sometimes the box is slowing down without clear reasons for us.

We plan to move this server to a more "professional" box running under WIN NT4.

With Win NT4 the Flexnet32 configuration is obvious for AX25 traffic, with 
Paxon for example, but how to proceed to configure the TCP/IP stuff, IP 
addresses and so on ?
Internet info are not very explicit on this matter !
