[FlexNet] RMNC help

There are actually three RMNC Flexnet nodes running in the this part of the
UK, the biggest being at GB7OAR. The sysop is Neil, G4OAR and I have copied
this message to him. I have an English copy of RMNCFLEX.DOC which is dated
June 1995 and is the "Sysop-Documentation Software" if you would like me to
e-mail it to you, drop me a line at [email protected]
