[FLARES] Sarasota County Shelter Antenna Update

After a 2 1/2 year effort, permanent Shelter Antennas have now been 
installed at ALL 11 designated shelter locations!

We now have "backup" communications capabilities in places where 
cellphones and HT's alone don't work!  When deployed, one will just need 
to connect to a radio (or jump kit), and be "on the air" in a matter of 
minutes.

Many thanks to Steve, KI4VKX, Eddie, K4JP, Bob, K9SRQ, and Bob, KA4BOB, 
for their assistance during several multi-day work sessions.

Also thanks to Sarasota County Emergency Management, Sarasota County 
School District, and Sarasota County's communications contractor, WTEC, 
for their efforts to make this happen.
