[FLARES] ARES/RACES/ACS/SKYWARN Database

For those who aren't already aware, there is an online 
ARES/RACES/ACS/SKYWARN Volunteer database at http://aresdb.ab2m.net/

EC's can register their organizations, then have their members register 
themselves with their qualifications.  This gives EC's easy on-line 
access to their membership roster, and once registered and permission 
set up, it gives SM's and SEC's the ability to search through the 
database for assistance, when it comes time to make "mutual aid" 
decisions (qualifications, special equipment or training, etc.)

The following ARRL sections have groups registered in the database:

AR
CO
KS
MO
NH
NLI
RI
WCF
WWA

But no NFL and SFL!

If you're first signing up, EC's, Radio Officer, SEC, DEC, Section 
Manager, ARRL HQ Staff Member, NWS WFO Staff, or other supervisory 
elected/appointed officials have one link to use to sign up and register 
their groups.

All others use the regular "member" link.

The database has been up and running for several years now, and it's a 
shame more folks don't take advantage of it.
