[FLARES] Sarasota County Jump Kits, Portable Radio cache

Sarasota County ACS has just completed 2 ongoing projects.

Our 14 portable "jump kits" are now ready for deployment. For those who
haven't seen them, here's a photo of the equipment inside the box

We also put together a portable radio cache of 20 FT-60 dual band handhelds.

Now ... to finish getting our shelter antennas installed so we have 
something to plug the equipment in to!!
