Thanks Don for the recommendations.  A few months ago I actually did
order Jerry's book on "Management..."  I've read through it three times
already. I'd also highly recommend it to all those in ARES leadership.  

My "discussion" questions over the past several months on this list have
been a result of my own personal "brainstorming" (if one can brainstorm
by themselves) sessions provoked by the ARECC Level 1 course and Jerry's
booklet.
