[FLARES] Statewide SET

Hi All,

Yes, the silence has been deafening about the statewide SET.

That doen't mean that things were negative or positive.  Actually it was
a bit of both.

A SET is always a training session - designed to teach and discover where
problems may be.  Once you identify possible problem ares you can work on
these areas and hopefully avoid them when the real thing comes along.

I've posted some comments on the SFL section news page.
(www.arrl.org/sections/SFL.html)  They are all said in a positve vein.

This reflector is meant for helpful dialogue and the comments thus far
have been helpful.  If we all work together to iron out the wrinkles
we'll all be safer.

Let's keep the dialogue going and work out a better way to communicate
within and between the sections.
