Hello Paul,

The NCS last Thursday, and also this Thursday, is Harold, KT4XK. He is
located in Lauderdale Lakes in Broward County. Harold has a horizontally
polarized beam at about 30 feet and transmits over 1000 watts ERP. He also
has a vertically polarized beam slightly lower he also listens with.

Last Thursday we had 25 stations from Vero Beach to the North, South
Miami-Dade to the South and Naples to the West. We did not hear any
stations from WCF but will make a special effort to call and listen to the
Northwest again this week.

The net is held each Thursday at 8:30 PM on 144.210 MHz. USB. Please try to
join us.

73,
Jim KD4GR
SEC SFL

Jim can you give a little more info?

Where is the NCS located and will vertical or horizontal polarization be
  used?

This will help others with 2m ssb particiapate in the net.
