[FLARES] Hospital Emergency Nets

We do a hospital net every Wednesday afternoon here in Palm Beach County.
The only thing is that it is performed on a Public Safety 800MHz Radio system
and not on the ham bands with hospital administration. The EOC runs the net and
the hospital administration holds onto the 800 radios during non-activation
times.
Now we do have hams assigned to the hospitals and they have been trained on
the use of the 800 radios. During our yearly shelter drill we have included the
distribution of 30+ 800 MHz portable radios and chargers to the shelters (in
the Communicator Kits) and we have a check in from the shelters to the EOC.
Now I want to state that the 800 radios are utilized secondary to amateur
radio. If something happens to the shelter antennas or an amateur repeater goes
away, the shelter communicator can utilize the 800 System to call the EOC
Amateur Communicators that also have a radio in the RACES room.
