A STRONG TROPICAL WAVE IS EXITING THE AFRICAN COAST. RAWINSONE DATA FROM
DAKAR, SENEGAL SHOWED AN ATTENDANT 35 TO 45 KNOT EASTERLY JET BETWEEN
550 AND 650 MILLIBARS (MB). A TROPICAL DEPRESSION COULD FORM FROM THIS
WAVE IN THE NEXT DAY OR SO.
ELSEWHERE, TROPICAL STORM FORMATION IS NOT EXPECTED THROUGH WEDNESDAY.
