[FLARES] MESSAGE DCAT SET 1-8

i went to your website, i found that CAP will be operating, but did not list
if they will guard the freq's listed....

as you see I am lic for MARS hf, but have not heard any traffic on the
listed channels.
we will monitor from up here in Polk COunty.
