[FLARES] New to List

[Keith Kotch]

Hello all,
I'd like to introduce myself as the new EC for Seminole County ARES.  The
name here (as it is in most places) is Keith Kotch and my call is KF4BXT.
I've been an AEC (SkyWarn Manager) for the past 3 years and an ARES member
since becoming licensed in '95.  Recently upgraded to General and am
studying for Extra (trying to beat the July 1 deadline).

I don't know who or how many are on this list but I look forward to learning
from each of you and maybe even sharing a thought or two.
