[FLARES] Confusion about 2002 Field Day Dates???

I have discovered some confusion about the correct dates for Field Day th=
is year.  For several years many of us have been working on the presumpti=
on that FD is scheduled for the last full weekend in June which is June 2=
9 and 30 this year.

A review of the May, 2002, QST reveals this is not correct.  Here is the =
info from the ARRL web site:

3. Date and Time Period: Field Day is always the fourth full weekend of J=
une, beginning at 1800 UTC Saturday and ending at 2100 UTC Sunday. Field =
Day 2001 will be held June 23-24, 2001.
I bring this to your attention because many of us make arrangements for o=
ur FD sites many month in advance.
