Cumulatives (FISTS CW Club Americas) is a new twice a month activity.  QSOs
are five minutes or longer on 80m, 40m, or 20m with a minimum exchange of:
    RST, name, QTH, member number (if available).
Call 'CQ FISTS'.  Recommended frequencies are around 3.558 MHz, 7.058 MHz
and 14.058 MHz.  One QSO can be claimed with an operator per day.
