Dayton Hamvention Help Needed!

We need help from the membership in the form of a Dayton Booth Manager and
Volunteers to man the FISTS booth.

The Americas Chapter is looking for a Dayton FISTS Booth Manager to take
charge of and manage the FISTS CW Club booth at the Dayton Hamvention this
coming May 20 to 22, 2016.

We also are asking for volunteers to help man the booth for each of those
three days.

Sunday night is the January 2016 edition of the Run For The Bacon.

Happy New Year!

A friendly QRP Sprint that is held on the 3rd Sunday evening of every month, and is sponsored by the Flying Pigs Amateur Radio Club, International. 

The sprint is the same time, ragardless of time change:
East Coast - 9:00 to 11:00 PM local time 
Midwest - 8:00 to 10:00 PM local time.
Mountains - 7:00 to 9:00 PM local time.
West Coast - 6:00 to 8:00 PM local time.

Beginning thsi month, 1st 2nd and 3rd place certificates will be e-mailed to the Top Three placeholders!

Yep, it's me.

Hi Folks

Many of you know by now that I am taking over as Keynote Editor.

I am grateful for the response so far and very humbled by the
responsibility.

I will do my best to serve the club in this new role.

Please do continue sending your articles, comments, ideas and such to us at
Keynote at fistsna.org or directly to me at AC5SH at AOL.COM and we will make The
Keynote shine.

Please also remember that I have a supposedly "real" job in addition to my
Fists responsibilities and that it might take me a bit to answer your
email, especially it if requires a detailed response. I do get them though
and will get to them all, taking the time to give them the reply they
deserve, even if that means I am a bit slower to respond than ideal.

The next Keynote should be in homes and available online in late March.
This will be the pre Dayton issue. Articles that miss deadline will be run
in the next issue so no need to worry but for the best shot at getting
yours in this one, please send them ASAP.
