To all FISTS and those who enjoy operating CW.

My previous post to Facebook, the FISTS open Reflector and FISTS Updates
Reflector is no way to be interpreted as I am speaking for FISTS CW Club and
its membership.  

My intent of my post was not to have you blindly ask the FCC to disapprove
RM-11708.

As we are all intelligent, thinking humans who can make our own decisions
based on facts, I hope you research this RM. Then make your comment to the
FCC.
