If you change your call, please let us know.

If you change your mailing address, let us know.

Let us know if you changed your call or address in the last year.

If you "snow bird" let us know your two addresses, if you know them.  Send
winter address as you get it or it changes.  The USPS will not forward mail
like the KeyNote.

If you use PayPal for your renewal, please put your call, FISTS # and name
on the comment line.

If you pay by check or money order, please put your call and FISTS # on the
memo line.

If you use PayPal for orders through our FISTS Store, please make sure you
put in your mailing address where you want the order sent. And, give us a
good reply email address. This is especially important if you are using
someone else's PayPal account, as their info shows up on the order.

This will allow us to keep our database up to date.

 

While you are at it, change your info on QRZ and other on-line databases you
use.
