[Fists] FISTS Log Converter 2.6.3 Available

There is an update (version 2.6.3) available for FISTS Log Converter
http://fists.co.uk/flc  .  This fixes a problem experienced when the program
is first run after installation.  If you are already using version 2.6.0
successfully, there is no need to install the update.
