[Fists] County Week

Some questions have arisen about Counties Week (running 24x7 this week until
Saturday 16th June 23:59 UTC).

o  It's run by FISTS in Europe.

o  FISTS members worldwide from all "chapters" are invited to join in and
send in entries.

o  The points per QSO are:
* 5 points for a FISTS HQ station (GX0IPX, GX3ZQS, MX5IPX, VK2FDU, ZL6FF,
JL3YMV, KN0WCW)

* 3 points for a FISTS Affiliated Club Station.

* 2 points for a Fist Member.

* 1 point for a Non Member.


All CW QSOs are valid provided the exchange includes at a minimum name and
QTH and can be on any band except 30m, 17m and 12m.

Only UK and Ireland stations (G, GM etc. and EI) are asked to give out a
county in their QSO details.
If you do receive a county from a UK or Ireland station, you add 1 extra
point to the above table.
