I tried to send this to the email list but it keeps coming up blank. Don't know what's wrong...but here is what I sent. Please share it with those you know who might be interested but are not subscribed to this reflector.

WHERE IS YOUR KEYNOTE?? It's still in my computer!! WHY?? Because I don't have enough articles to fill up 20 pages!!
PLEASE send in your stories, product reviews, building projects, stories of how you got licensed/interested in Morse code in the good ol' days, photos of your station...anything you think might be of interest to the other FISTS. You'd be surprised. I get emails all the time asking for stories from the old timers, and I hardly ever get any stories from you guys!
Product reviews are always of interest - have you bought or built any antennas lately? How are they working in these lousy band conditions? Let us know!
Send in a photo of yourself wearing your FISTS shirt or holding the FISTS coffee mug!
If you've sent in something before and it didn't get into the Keynote, please send it in again. I try my best to keep track of those things, but things do get buried in the shuffle, especially since that fire we had and I'm working between two computers. That's not an excuse, I know, however, if it hasn't been printed then it is probably buried and I won't find it for another six months! So, please resend if you can or write and let me know the month or how long ago you sent it in to help me find it.

Hamvention Time!
FISTS will have a booth at Hamvention, but it's 99.9% sure that we will be in a different spot. The guys who had the booths next to us want to expand into another booth and offered to buy a booth for us in a different place so they could have our space. I took them up on it because we'll have more room to gather (if you've been to Hamvention you know how crowded it is at the FISTS booth) and visit. It's booth NH136 near Elecraft. It's not too far from our usual place on the ramp; it's in the next room over toward the flea market side. If it doesn't work out, we can move back to our usual spot next year.
Thanks to those who stepped forward and offered to help at the booth so Irene WO8E and I can take a lunch break or a break in general! We can still use more help, so don't be shy. It's a lot of fun to work at the booth and meet other FISTS. Don't worry about not knowing answers to questions, there will be "experienced" booth workers there with you to help you get comfortable.

This was posted to the fists reflector by the UK chapter. I'm so glad they have this in their archives and posted it on YouTube. It's "Father FISTS" Geo and FISTS co-founder, Bill discussing how FISTS got started. I've got a copy of the paper he is reading and hope to have it up on the web page soon.
Here is the info:
Jim G4YLB has uploaded rare 1991 video footage of George G3ZQS and Bill
G2AKK talking about Morse code, the FISTS CW Club which they founded and
Samuel Morse. Following this are excerpts from three days during which the
FISTS CW Club and Darwen Amateur Radio Club (DARC) put the callsign M0RSE on
the air to celebrate Samuel Morse's 200th birthday.
The video is available here:

The FISTS CW Club that George and Bill founded is now celebrating 25 years
of promoting Morse code, 1987-2012.

Speaking of the web page, Dennis K6DF, is redesigning it and updating it. We'd like to thank Bill KK4KF for his many years (at least 10 years) of being our webmaster and all the time he put into it. He's been very busy with work and family lately and doesn't have the time he used to, so he asked to step down. I put it off as long as I could because I didn't want to lose a good volunteer (sorry Bill!)...I hope he knows how much we appreciate all he's done. If you'd like to drop him a note and thank him, his email is kk4kf at lizardcop.com.
If you have a web page or favorite ham link please drop Dennis a note at fistsawards at gmail.com and let him know.
We hope to have the photo pages up there again in a while too, as well as scores that are missing from the Sprints and other operating activities.
Speaking of Sprints, we have the Spring Sprint coming up in May - 1700 UTC to 2100 UTC on the second Saturday in May.
I guess that about covers it, so send in those articles so I can get a Keynote out before Hamvention. I should have a Reference Issue ready, but that's not as much fun to read -- although it will give you a lot of fun on the air if you read about an activity or operating achievement award that you forgot about and want to try to earn!
