The site is a project of Fabian Kurz from Munich, DJ1YFK. The free program is available in 23 languages. After going through 40 lessons using the Koch method with Farnsworth spacing (timing) for a lower effective speed, you can move on to several areas of your choice:

			Code Groups, Plain Text training, Callsign Training, Word Training, etc.

LCWO will also convert Text to CW and offers MP3 Practice Files. Have a look. I really like LCWO!
