If you and I have had a QSO since June, 2008 and you sent me a QSL card and I did not reply, please tell me via ac0ac -at- arrl.net so I can tend to this important matter. My logging program has crashed six times in this period; I am rebuilding my log in Excel, and find I cannot verify to myself that I have answered all QSLs. Thank you for our QSO, and for your courtesy of a card to confirm.
