[Fists] New QSL Bureau policy

Fellow FISTS Members:

Many of you have provided us money or stamps.  To make it less 
costly for you to use the Bureau beginning January 1, 2010 the 
FISTS QSL Bureau will use your prior donations to make SASE's 
when we use your last envelope.  We will continue doing that until 
the value of your donation is used up.

We will provide #10 business size envelopes with one "Forever" 
stamp on it good for one ounce - Approximately 7 cards.

We will print out labels per the latest address we have for you.

Based on present postage rates the amount deducted for each 
envelope will be 50 cents.  This covers the cost of the envelope, 
the label and the "Forever" stamp.

For all members, rather than mailing SASE's to us, if you wish, you 
can just send cash or checks or stamps and I'll make envelopes for 
you.  If you can send along some labels with your address on them, 
it will save me a little time.  

Keep pounding the brass, we will get some sun spots soon.
