Hello Bob,

Call Vibroplex and ask them if they can make you a left handed base.
They "might" have the original drawings of the hole patterns.

If not - or if you don't want to do that - all you have to do is get a
machinest to make you a mirror image of the key as it is now.

The terminal binding screws will then be on the left, the damper will
be reversed and aligned with the pendulum correctly, the trunion frame
will have to be disassembled and the left and right supports will have
to be both reversed, but also rotated 180 degrees so that the limit
adjustment screw is now on the right hand side.

Not a difficult job - but if you lack the ability to drill a new base,
you will have to find a machinest - that's what I do. I have my
machining done by a local independant machinest.

Call one of the machine companies - or called allied companies - sheet
metal shops - etc - and see if someone will give you a name of both a
plater and a machinest who will do small projects.

Most of the parts - and you're lucky because the Lighting Bug is an
"assembled frame" rather than a cast frame. That means you can take
it apart and rotate those parts drilled out for the pendulum limit
screw instead of having to recast the part.
