Fellow FISTS members:

I want to thank the 61 FISTS members who contacted me during the Virginia QSO Party.

I ran mobile in 12 Counties and 7 Cities during the Party and FISTS members provided me with
144 contacts.  Charlie, K8IJ worked me 13 times and Bruce, WA3GNW worked me 10 times.

Harlan, K1TT was my "designated driver" on Saturday.

Saturday's Route covered 224 miles through the following County/City locations: 
FRA,  ROA,  ROX,  SAX,  CRA,  BOT,  ALL,  RBR,  LEX,  BVX,  AMH,  LYX,  CAM,  BED,  BEX

Sunday's Route covered 189 miles through the following County/City locations:
BED,  BEX,  CAM,  LYX,  APP,  PIT,  HRY,  MVX,  FRA

I had a total of 485 QSO's with 184 different stations.  

Hector, W2LHL contacted me the most in 17 County/City locations and Paul, W8TM in 15.

Buddy, W4YE and Riley, K4ORD and Harry, KA3NZR were quite active during the Party.  

Harry operated W4FCR instead of his call.  He and Bill, W4BOT did make 3 contacts running 
W4FCR mobile in Carroll County but a nearby lightning strike caused them to give it up and 
go to Harry's home in Franklin County and operate from there.

Frank, N4FEG was active on the Phone bands.  And Terry, W4TLM also made a few contacts.

As always, it was a lot of fun running mobile here in the "Old Dominion"
