Fellow FISTS members:

The members of the Franklin County ARC will be active during the Virginia QSO Party 
this next weekend.  1800 UTC, Saturday March 15 until 0200 UTC Monday March 17.

Most all of the QSL Bureau Staff will be on the air:

	Buddy, W4YE
	Riley, K4ORD
	Harry, KA3NZR
	Stan, K4UK
	Bill, W4BOT
	Charlie, K4BSF
	Frank, N4FEG

This QSO Party will give you a chance to qualify for the Certificates available for contacting 
the FISTS QSL Bureau Staff.  There are three available:

			    "Special Achievement"
                                    "Very Special Achievement"
                                  "Extremely Special Achievement"

If you are a "County Hunter" two of us will be running mobile in various counties/cities in the State.

For the exchange we simply send "Serial Number - County or City"  

You send "Serial Number - State or Province or DX Country"

If you send your FISTS number, we'll send ours also.

We all look forward to working some of you during the QSO Party.
