Congratulations to Bill Welsh W6DDB  FISTS #1525 on achieving the FISTS 
Down Under Award.  This is no mean feat at this stage of the solar cycle..

Unfortunately I do not have an e-mail address for Bill, but if any 
member is in touch with him, could they please tell him that his 
certificate is in the mail.

The conditions for the award are posted on the FISTS Down Under web site 
at  www. fistsdownunder.org.  A few North American members have achieved it.
