That call is one of the "Other Calls" of Masumi, JA3AVO - # 15029.

Harry confirmed that I could send the card to him and went on to advise that:

	Masumi looks like be active from overseas these days.
	He'll QRV from Cambodia as XU7AVO from April 17th to 21st.
