[Fists] What does CQ FISTS mean?

AAaaaahhhhh...........just blow it off. It ain't nuthin' anyhow. When I was 
way more active than I am now due to work, I used to get ops answer me all 
the time that were not FISTS. It was a good opportunity to do a sales pitch, 
and mail them an old newsletter if they were interested. If not, still had a 
good QSO. If the guy was slower than me, I slowed down too. Nothin' worse 
than a one sided QSO. HOWEVER....with the hot heads around right now still 
railing about the loss of CW testing, I would take it with a grain of salt, 
for awhile at least, try to stay within your own speed range. If not, be 
prepared for anything these days. 99.9% of FISTS are good ops, and a good 
percentage of those are slower CW folks too, so there are plenty of us to 
talk to. Join up. No better time than now. We would be "right proud" to add 
you to our list, and you will get to call CQ FISTS...hi hi. 73....see ya on
