[Fists] Coast to Coast contest

Hello all Fists,

In just four weeks it'll be time for the annual Fists Coast to Coast
contest. This year the timing will be from 1700Z Sept 29th to 1700Z Sept
30th. That's 10am Saturday to 10am Sunday PDT. Add or subtract hours for
your time zone. Please join in the fun for a few minutes or hours and pick
up the easy 3 pointers for working clubs. Clubs will be calling "CQ C2C" and
the exchange is RST SPC Name and Fists number. So for instance, if you hear
W7MRC calling CQ C2C, just send your callsign and I'll reply with "599 WA
PAUL 11800" then you'll send me your info in the same format. Only clubs
will be calling CQ. Full rules were published in a recent Keynote but if you
need them, just send me a note at fistsc2c at yahoo.com and I'll forward a copy
to you. Unfortunately, there is no Coast to Coast web site this year and I'm
not smart enough to make one. Our website person is no longer available.
Hope to hear many of you on during the C2C and pick up the easy 3 point
QSO's to add to your point totals.
