Hi all,

Just to let you know that I will be operating the club station call
GX0IPX during November. I expect to be active most days and will
monitor the Fists calling frequencies regularly. Please call if you
hear me and earn some extra points for your club awards. I will be
listening especially for less experienced ops and will be happy to
qrs for you.

If you want a qsl please do so via the Fists bureau. Otherwise you
can send direct to me - info on QRZ.com.

Hi Stan, I will be operating all bands and look forward to working you on some of them.
Made my first USA Fists qso yesterday evening at 2324 GMT with Geo K2ONP on 40m.
Earlier in the evening I put out several CQ calls on 10 MHz but got no reply. Conditions
seemed to be quite poor as I could only hear a couple of weak European signals. Can
you give me some idea of when you hear UK signals best on the WARC bands. I will be
active later today but will not be able to operate this weekend due to other commitments.
Expect more intensive activity next week and spread the word to your buddies that I will
be looking for USA members. 73 CU Peter G3JFS

NOTE:
GX0IPX is one of the FISTS National Club Stations. Contacts with it are worth 5 points
towards FISTS awards.

So listen for Peter during November.
