Fred,

I was thinking of you and your situation just last night as I read an
article in the latest QST. It's about a fellow who lives on the third floor
in an apartment building and he built a 40-10m antenna -- he took two
Christmas wrapping paper tubes and taped them together then wound wires
around the entire thing and he mounts it outside jammed in his window frame.

He says the thing covers 40-10 meters -- he is using the antenna tuner in
his K2 and he says he is working lots of CW with this compromise setup.

Just wonder if you could put something like that together where you are?
