[Fists] CW nets going south of 3.600 Mhz

To all Fists -

Since SSB has extended  down to 3.600 have you noticed a lot of nets are now popping
up in the cw  band, 3500-3600? I have listened to the Extra  SSB section
of the new fone band and have found the 100 KHZ sparsely populated with qsoes.
The cw band is getting crowded.....wow thats strange for 80M CW....HI...
Only 3668 is busy with the Geritol  Net. The SSB segment is too big on 80M at the expense of CW.
Thank you FCC.........you've done it again, Gilligan!!! Where is my black Captains hat? 
I want to smack FCC Gilligan!!
