[Fists] Do U use an Iambic key iambically?

I don't use Iambic keying. I either use the bug, or the single-lever Kent 
paddle w keyer.
Iambic keying, if you can master it, reduces the effort. However, the 
reduction is modest at best.
Paddles have a light touch and should not be set so they cause fatigue in 
the first place.
Even my bug has the narrowest travel and lightest tension needed to make 
good dots.

To continue my bug philosophy, maybe a tad off-topic here, I send rather 
machine-like with a bug. If there is any swing in my fist, I have to 
deliberately introduce it.
