[Fists] Do U use an Iambic key iambically?

I started with a paddle and started out sending iambic for some phrases
but not for all.  It definitely takes good timing.  One of the hardest
habits to get out of was sending by chasing my paddles across the table
and having to pause to pull my paddles back within easy reach.  I moved
to paddles from www.cwtouchkeyer.com and had to learn to use a lighter
touch.  The big benefit for me is being able to send longer with a lot
less effort but it did take a lot of practice.  I still go back to my
Kent paddles and my Kent straight key from time to time.
