[Fists] RF In the Shack

I live on the 13th level of an apartment block with a big dipole on the 
roof  two floors above me.  I overcame RF in the shack from my 100 Watt 
rig using  an MFJ Artificial ground and a counterpoise of a wire running 
round the skirting boards of the room.  It seems to do the trick.

I can't remember the cost but it wasn't a great amount and it has been 
worth it.


It wouldn't be a difficult thing to home brew. In a QST review by Doug 
de Maw W1FB there is a schematic diagram.  Unfortunately the photocopy I 
have doesn't show the date but it was +/- 1991..
