[Fists] To QRL or not to QRL

I'm with Fred. This all seems to me to be much ado about nothing. I  
do think guys should listen more, but there's nothing I can do to  
force them to do it, so on those rare occasions that I get QRMed by a  
CQ, I just try to carry on the QSO with the hope that the QRMing  
station will realize eventually that the frequency is in use and move  
up or down. 95% of the time this strategy seems to work.
