[Fists] Postage Information in Issue 1 2007 of The Keynote is WRONG !

Special Notice: Please ignore the postage information on pages 21 and 22 of Issue 1 2007 of The Keynote.

                         For correct information click on Beginner's Guide - Item 4 on the QSL Bureau Web Site.

                   The Postal Service may do it again, but the Rates which are presently in effect are:

        The one ounce rate is 39 cents for mailing to locations within the United States.   The "additional ounce" rate step 
        is 24 cents.  So, the two ounce rate is 63 cents, the three ounce rate is 87 cents, the four ounce rate is $1.11

                Generally, 7 cards will weigh approximately one ounce, 15 cards will weigh two ounces, 
                        23 cards will weigh three ounces and 31 cards will weigh four ounces
