Well John,

    If CW "IS" dead, there were sure a lot of 'ghosts' on the
bands this past weekend!!! Most were wall-to-wall with
CW signals, and yes - even in the ''prescribed'' RTTY areas.
Had a blast, and at least for me, it was a heck of a lot
easier to work VK9 with 100W in the pile up then
fighting KW+ stations on RTTY/SSB.  It also put aside the
keyboard for the keyer.  So John, the reports of CW being
dead have been greatly exaggerated!  Hope to work you
in the next MD Qso Party.
