Hi Nancy,
I was wondering if anyone in the FISTS organization would like to attempt a
QRPp CW contact with me? Hopefully they live at least 255 miles from me. I
live in San Jose California. I am attempting to earn my 1000 miles-per-watt
Award. I built a beefed up Dave Ingram, K4TWJ Hamfest Buddy @ ~ .255 watts
output pwr CW Transmitter kit operating on 20 meters, just at the one
frequency of 14.06 MHz. Note, I am a very slow operator with straight key.
And hopefully that other person has patience with my slow sending. Although
the contact doesn't have to last for too long a time.
