For those who might not work contests, be sure to check contest calendars
before you sign up.  Don't want you disappointed that you are fighting a
jammed spectrum.

 

We can use the WARC bands for KN0WCW operations.  But, please make sure that
the exchange of numbers is part of your QSO, not the reason for the QSO.  We
do not want to hear one complaint that FISTS USA "KN0WCW" operators are
numbers chasing on those bands.  If we do get a complaint, and can verify
it, we will have to restrict KN0WCW operation to the other bands.  Sorry,
but we do not want our club and its basis slung with mud.

 

Remember, I can help with your QSL'ing, if that might be preventing you from
signing up to operate.  I can't get on the air any where near as often as I
would like, but will do my best to help those who can.

 

Do not SASE id your are QSL'ing a contact with KN0WCW.  Most often your QSL
is in route to you either direct or via the FISTS Buro, if you use that.
