[Fists] The soruce of email delays

I will correct what I have said to make it more exact:

But I have NEVER seen a list that delays messages if I were to send a
message to W2AGN at pobox.com who is a member of the list.  This
isn't normal.  The FISTS email list will delay ANY message that has an 
additional addressee or Carbon Copy (CC) addressee.

Of course the other addressees receive their messages right away - as did 
Steve W0OOW - who responded before my message to him (and the reflector) 
finally appeared 11 hours later.

Your email direct to W2AGN is not delayed by the moderator. He has nothing
to say about it. He can only handle/direct the emails that come to the list
address.
