[Fists] The "Sending CC's" note

Someone asked what message I was talking about.

At 10:54 PM I sent a message to Steve, W0OOW and also the FISTS mailing 
list.

This message has been delayed because it had more addressees than just the 
FISTS list.  The message was sent at 10:54 Eastern time - before all of my 
other messages - which only were addressed to the email reflector.

I enclose (below) a copy of the message that hasn't come through the FISTS 
list yet.  It has to await moderation by the list owner.  This explains the 
big delay in getting mail posted to the list.

The problem will be that the List Owner has set the list up so that if CC's
are used, then the message has to go to the List Owner for approval.

Otherwise the messages go straight through the mailing list server and get
delivered.
