[Fists] CW Activity

Hear, hear, Stan. My opinion is that any crusade to keep a
Morse Code requirement is a losing battle and a waste of
resources. We'd be much better off using those resources
encouraging operators to actually get on the air and make CW
contacts.

I'd go one step further and offer these certificates to any
operator, whether they're a Fists member or not. Fists
members would get the certificates for free, while non-Fists
would have to pay some processing fee.
